Life can look fine on the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. Perhaps you've been living with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, trauma, loss or a persistent feeling that something isn't quite right. Maybe you've become so used to coping that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly thrive.
Therapy offers a space where you don't have to face these challenges alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative environment.
About me and my practice
I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, offering a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at your own pace. Together, we work to understand the patterns that may be holding you back, helping you build greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. My practice includes psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence your present relationships, emotions, and behaviours. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, developing practical strategies for managing current difficulties.
Alongside this, I incorporate somatic approaches, recognising the connection between mind and body, helping you become more aware of how emotions are held physically and supporting nervous system regulation. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, meaning I value empathy, authenticity, and acceptance - ensuring therapy is tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
I offer both online therapy and walk-and-talk therapy in the beautiful surroundings of Kew Gardens, providing flexibility to choose the environment where you feel most comfortable. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, stress, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I will work alongside you with curiosity, respect, and care.
Experience
I have experience supporting adults from a wide range of backgrounds who are facing emotional, psychological and life challenges. My work has included helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, trauma, life transitions and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck. I also have experience working with individuals navigating family difficulties, workplace stress, identity and the lasting impact of childhood experiences.
My training and clinical experience have enabled me to work in both private practice and therapeutic settings, supporting clients with diverse needs in a compassionate, non-judgemental way. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to speak openly and be yourself.
As an integrative therapist, I continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing professional development, ensuring my practice reflects current research and best practice. I believe that every person is unique and rather than applying a single therapeutic model, I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, goals and pace.
Above all, I am passionate about helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen their emotional resilience and create meaningful change.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to therapy. During this session, I will complete a short assessment form by asking you a series of gentle questions to help me understand your current concerns, personal history and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This enables me to gain a holistic understanding of your needs and ensure that our work together is tailored to support you in the most effective way. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions and decide whether you feel comfortable working with me.
